Influx provides customer service for brands and tech companies on-demand, 24/7, every day of the year (including holidays). To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe.

We're looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people to join our growing international team_

You'll be tasked with answering customers' questions.

You'll need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.

Tasks include:

Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
Contribute to a highperformance and friendly workplace culture
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Strives for the one contact resolution goal and eliminates the need for followup
Foster confident relationships through open and engaging communication
Go above and beyond to engage with customers

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong problemsolving skills
Team player
Quiet environment

- free of distractions and background noise

Scheduling flexibility
Able to work a 9 hr shift that includes weekends and public holidays (the latest shift ends at 1am)
Experience with online platforms (CRMs, Zendesk, Slack)
Own a fullyfunctional laptop
Ability to type 4045 wpm (data entry experience a plus)
Keen attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment

Equipment Requirements
- (NO CHROMEBOOKS, NO LINUX OS)

Minimum 15mbps wired internet connection
Minimum i5 processor or equivalent (for example i3 processor 6th generation)
Minimum 8GB Ram
Wired headset
Quiet working environment
