Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


This position is accountable for 1st Party Data and Martech soluction that will ensure PepsiCo LatAm Persoanlization at Scale implementation and data drive marketing.

Also responsible for assure LatAm is following regulation and GDPR/LGPD.

Drive future vision of data integration considering different touch-points inside PepsiCo (SAC, E-commerce, Sales, media etc) and external partners (Bottlers, retailers etc).


Your Impact

As 1st Party Data & Martech Manager, LatAm, your scope would consist of

  • Promote data accuracy and adherence to PepsiCo defined global governance practices, as well as driving acceptance of PepsiCo's enterprise data standards and policies across the various business segments
  • Deploy roadmap for a LatAm digital architectures designed to attract and retain customers in our owned channels to eliminate marketing and technology silos, and improve deployment of new technologies to increase customer engagement in all digital internal channels (SAC, Loyalty programs, Ecommerce, media etc) and external partners (Bottlers, retailers etc).
  • Deploy LATAM aligned (including PMF) Operating/Consumer Engagement Model for 1PD acquisition and usage
  • Influence and partner with Global Data Team in order to personalize Global Policies to LatAm needs
  • Define ownership and accountability of our critical data assets to ensure they are effectively managed and maintain integrity throughout it.
  • Management of GBS dedicated internal team responsible for Marketing Cloud and CDP to all LatAm countries.
  • Leverage data as a strategic enterprise asset enabling databased decision inisghts and information to drive communication considering Owned, Paid and Earned channels. Partner with Analytics and Insights team to combine data and transform into Insights for the marketing team.
  • Create robust, highly personalized Loyalty and CRM strategy and clusters that span channels and touchpoints to drive engagement, purchase, and recurrency.
  • Work in partnership with media team to assure compliant collection of data, outstanding usage to analytics data, SEO implementation in all campaigns.
  • Leverage Martech solutions to deploy Data Driven marketing initiatives including with external partners: i.e. cDNA, sDNA, audience segmentation, precise targeting and personalization
  • Track and report A&M commitments and forecast alignment.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?
- +8 years of experience working in Data Governance or Data Management experience within a global CPG (Consumer Packaged Good) company; Strong data management background who understands data, how to ingest data, proper data use/consumption, data quality, and stewardship

  • Selfstarter who welcomes responsibility, along with the ability to thrive in an evolving organization and an ability to bring structure to unstructured situations
  • Strong negotiations skills. Proven record of successful negotiations
  • Effective networking skills in a multicountry, multi BU, multi function region.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights that can drive business growth
  • Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business goals
  • 100% bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of SQL
  • Adept at visualizing data + experience in associated tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Qliksense, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of Digital Media LatAm landscape.
