Schedule: 40 hours per week, negotiable, including every other Saturday or Sunday


THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Client Success Representative to join our team.

As a Client Success Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and our veterinary staff, providing them with exceptional service, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive client relationships and promoting our company's reputation for outstanding client support.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Scheduling mobile veterinary appointments for a geographically distributed team of veterinarians and technicians across the US.
  • Serving as the crucial link between patients and their veterinarians, maintaining a keen awareness of daily schedules to optimize client availability.
  • Prioritizing patient triage to enhance client and patient care.
  • Handling prescription refills in accordance with doctor approvals.
  • Assist clients in resolving issues, concerns, or complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to solve client problems and provide solutions.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

  • Your scheduling capabilities are exceptional, and you can adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

  • You are passionate about making a difference in the lives of pets and their families, and this commitment shines through in your work.

Nice to Have:


  • Background in Veterinary Medicine or Biology studies.
  • 2+ years of previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Client Service Representative, in addition to 2+ years of prior experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant.
  • Prior experience in a call center or sales role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Hubspot, Ezyvet, and experience with a cloudbased phone system.

Performance Measurement:


The Client Success Representative will be responsible for meeting and exceeding defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to response times, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.

Performance will be regularly assessed based on these SLAs to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.
