In The Role

This position will focus on the Administration of the Five9 dialing platform, creating new inbound/outbound campaigns, reporting on the sales campaign and performance, management of IVR's, and being the go to support of our Five9 integration across our internal tools / apps.

In addition you will use data to support the management of our workforce and ensure that our team is optimally staffed and that our processes are as efficient as possible.

• Create, maintain, and manage dialing lists and campaigns
• Manage Five9 performance, including monitoring of dropped calls, abandoned rates and other metrics needed to optimize call handling processes
• Respond to user reported issues via existing ticket system and process; troubleshoot with remote sales team members and Supervisors experiencing problems or inefficiencies
• Explore and expand on the existing calling platforms automation and integrations
• Work with 3rd party integrations, including our custom integrations with Hubspot our lead management platform
• Communicate with management and business users daily to define, monitor & implement strategies and initiatives to optimize remote sales individual and team sales performance
• Generate reports; configure report automation and scheduling as necessary
• Responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data and the development of reports to identify key trends, areas for improvement, and potential solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrate effective knowledge of data analysis and software programs, and have the ability to work independently

• Previous experience managing Five9 dialer software and IVR/VRU & ACD functionality in a 50+ seat call center
• Detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and comfortable with complex concepts
• 2+ years relevant experience administering telephony systems in a remote environment
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis workforce management
• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust focus and workflow based on changing deadlines and needs
• You are responsible for providing your own high speed internet and quiet work spot in your selected remote work location
