Office Admin (ENGLISH SPEAKER)
JOB TYPE:
Full-Time Availability
HOURS:
Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 5 PM California time
COMPENSATION:
$6/hour

We are a family-owned and operated, kitchen, bath, and flooring company specializing in kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling solutions, serving Southern California for over 35 years.

General Responsibilities:
- Liaison of the company to all vendors
- Handle requests and queries appropriately & expeditiously
- Uploading Documents into Appropriate Folders
- Management/Processing of Invoices
- Issue and coordinate signature of lien releases
- Collect and file insurance certifications
- Vendor onboarding including collecting W9s
- General Coordination (with other parties in the company): Project Coordinators, Sales, Installers, Marketing Team
- Manage new hire paperwork and orientation process
- Answer office phones and triage calls as necessary (clients, vendors, partners, etc.).
- Become wellversed using BuilderTrend(BT) our Project Management Software
Skills Needed for Success:
- Effective communication skills
- PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization skills and very detailoriented
- Maintain Confidentiality & Discretion
- Must be able to work effectively and independently in a very fastpaced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A good level of problemsolving skills and the ability to organize daily workflow priorities
- Thrive in meeting deadlines in a fastpaced changing environment
- Ability to write, edit, and proofread constructionrelated documents or written requests.
- Must be able to deal with timesensitive/stressful situations.
- High energy and bubbly personality
- Strong team orientation
Pay:
$1,413.00 per hour
Experience:
- Administrative duties: 2 years (required)
- Clerical: 2 years (required)
- Virtual assistant: 2 years (required)
