- Organizar y controlar los recursos de la empresa proporcionando liderazgo, dirección clara y buen ejemplo al personal asignado
- Lograr los objetivos de programación, costo y ganancias, al tiempo que se adhiere a los requisitos de seguridad y calidad y las políticas de la empresa
- Responsable de planificar, coordinar y controlar las operaciones diarias de campo para lograr el progreso programado del trabajo en las áreas asignadas que el contratista está trabajando
- Interpretar los planes y especificaciones del cliente
- Asegurar que los Contratistas realicen su trabajo dentro del ámbito de su contrato con respecto a la calidad
- Revisión en conjunto con la construcción de planos mecanicos y realizar comentarios sobre el mismo
- Supervisar la manipulación e instalación
- Trabajar estrechamente con el Especialista Mecánico de la Construcción con respecto a las prioridades de programación y la retroalimentación de calidad
- Proporcionar informes a la Coordinación QA/QC con respecto a las prioridades de programación y la retroalimentación de calidad
- Garantizar a través de la presencia sobre el terreno y la observación el correcto desarrollo del trabajo en campo, de acuerdo con los planes y especificaciones técnicas
- Informar a la dirección de cualquier problemaacontecimiento que surja (respecto a las relaciones con los empleados, seguridad y calidad)
- Supervisa y administra el trabajo subcontratado según sea necesario
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según lo asignado por la gerencia
- Graduado en Ingeniería Electrico o disciplina relativa
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años como ingeniero electrico preferentemente en proyectos industriales de Oil&Gas
- Experiencia en los sectores de Minería, petróleo, gas, químico, o farmacéutico
- Conocimiento de la programación de proyectos y su importancia contractual/financiera
- Capacidad para leer dibujos de diseño y especificaciones
- Realizar inspecciones de campo y producir informes para diversas actividades de construcción
- Tener conocimiento práctico de los códigos y normas mecánicas con respecto plantas de refinería
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, resolver problemas y tener una participación constructiva en la obtención de los objetivos del equipo del proyecto con una supervisión mínima
- Capaz de observar los procedimientos de seguridad y protección
- Trabajar con integridad y estar dispuesto a seguir la ética corporativa establecida
