We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for an
Affiliate Specialist

What you will do:


  • Responsible for the performance of the Affiliate Marketing channel.
  • Monthly budget management and reports on key KPIs in GEOs.
  • Ensure that all affiliate material is uptodate, such as campaigns, bonus offers, and links, and that affiliate websites are promoting BetWarrior in an appropriate and compatible manner.
  • Plan your weekly and monthly promotion calendar.
  • Ownership of our current affiliate platform (NetRefer).
  • Direct link with major affiliates and build relationships.
  • Deliver creatives to our longtail affiliates.
  • Manage current affiliate networks.
  • Run competitive analysis.
  • Recruitment of new affiliates and partners.
  • Negotiating commercials with new and existing affiliates and partners.
  • Implementation and testing of new partners (S2S, Pixels, GTM).
  • Collaborate with our design studio team in delivering landing pages and other creative assets.
  • Optimizing the customer journey to be aligned with CRM communications and lifecycle stages.
  • Run the affiliate channel performance analysis using different attribution models and optimize the channel accordingly.
  • Previous experience working with affiliates.
  • Knowledge of pixel implementation and code management.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English. Portuguese a plus.
  • Experience with reports. Knowledge of Power Bi
  • Data studio will be a plus.
  • Exclusively analytical profile.
  • Selfmanagement capacity.

Desirable:


  • Digital salesperson passionate about working with affiliates and associations.
  • Using planning tools (Jira
  • Azure
  • Trello), agile experience will be an advantage.
  • Academic training in Digital Marketing. Mobile marketing will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with using social media.
  • Good understanding of the other Digital Marketing channels (Acquisition and Retention).
  • Customercentric mindset; think and act with the customer in mind.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes (customer behavior, technological disruption, business objectives).
  • Selfmoving and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Team player, able to work with multiple business units and stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Knowledge and experience in the online gaming market, products, and customers a plus.
