  • We are currently looking for an

Optimization Representative to work as part of one of the world's biggest Marketing platforms. The Optimization team supports clients from APAC, AMER, EMEA and LATAM countries in different languages.


What you ́ll do?

  • As a team, we oversee the Optimizations and Analysis of our client ́s marketing accounts, providing recommendations for all products/Marketing Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build, organize and restructure marketing accounts to achieve a better performance.
  • Provide strategic advice and work closely in a consultative role.
  • Analyze marketing accounts performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Perform under timelines, delivering highend optimization for complex and top tier customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience to advertisers.
  • Create/adapt/translate keywords lists and ads, identifying cultural nuances and business needs.

Necessary skills and experience required:


  • College Degree (completed or in progress) oriented to Marketing, Communication, Public Relationship, Sociology, Psychology, etc.
  • Strong English/Spanish skills.
  • Experience in customer support/customer facing/Marketing Business/Agency.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts.
  • Familiarity with online advertising.
  • Marketing platform knowledge/Experience or Certification.
  • Experience working in dynamic environments.
