AEM Front-End Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AEM Front-End Developer to join our global digital experience team. In this role, you will develop high‑quality front-end solutions within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), helping deliver seamless, scalable, and user‑centric digital experiences.
Work Model:
Hybird and oepn to Remote, exclusively for candidates residing in Argentina, as employment and payroll operations are managed from Argentina.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain AEM Front-End components aligned with business requirements and UX best practices.
- Work collaboratively with designers, backend developers, and product teams to ensure smooth integration of AEM components and site functionalities.
- Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AEM Front-End issues, ensuring minimal disruption to digital experiences.
- Stay current with AEM technologies, front-end trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve code quality and processes.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and code review feedback to team members.
- Document front-end processes, standards, and best practices for consistency and scalability.
- Contribute to project timelines, deliverables, and sprint planning to ensure on‑time and high‑quality execution.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with internal teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AEM Front-End development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (and preprocessors), and JavaScript.
- Experience using front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, PostCSS, or similar.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering user‑centric digital experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, global teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Preferred Certifications
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Manager Sites Business Practitioner (required).
