What you will be doing

You will work closely with the Business to proactively identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report on sector growth inherent to the Merchant Solutions business.

You will play a vital role within a Global team that supports merchant acquiring activities across our key regions including the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, Asia Pacific and the United States of America.

You will assist in leading a programme of Risk Assurance reviews in highrisk sectors including Payment Facilitator's.
You will identify new and emerging sectors including the tools, techniques, consultation and challenge to enable the business to identify and manage risk.
You will drive strategic partnerships to accelerate the growth and mitigate the risk in our Merchant Solutions portfolio.
You will support the maintenance and development of risk management frameworks, methodologies and independent assurance activities with a focus on business impacts
You will support the implementation of Risk initiatives across impacted business units and employees
You will manage relationships with senior line of business leaders, legal, compliance and external merchants.

What you bring:

You have strong organisational and interpersonal skills
You have at least 35 years of relevant work experience in Compliance & Risk Management
