Main Purpose

Ensure that quality enables product supply to deliver precommercial row crops seeds that complies with business, regulatory, and customer (nationals and internationals) specifications. Support the E2E precommercial production chain with a focus on product quality resulting from the production processes of corn field sites. Lead continuous improvement of precommercial processes, influencing operational excellence with a focus on quality for row crops seeds in Argentina/Conosur. Manage precommercial plant qualityrelated production indicators (KPIs), usage decision and assure communication with Argentina seed production.

Your mission will be to

Manage precommercial field qualityrelated production indicators (KPIs) and assure communication with Argentina Seed Production Field and Plant.
Manage precommercial field qualityrelated production indicators (KPIs) and assure communication with Tollers and full growers Production (Field and Plant).
Manage daytoday precommercial quality activities related to plant and field processes, product specifications, usage decisions, product placement, usage substitution.
Ensure precommercial seeds quality process consistency across Argentina field operations to consistently produce and deliver the best products assuring rapid communication of nonconforming product and/or situations (delivery, production, cost, or quality) that could represent a significant risk to customers or seeds supply.
Leads the precommercial process to address and solve qualitybased stakeholder's complaints together with Production, Marketing (PS4 pilots) and Sales, especially in the field.
Support the continuous improvement of the precommercial quality programs in Argentina acting as a change leader for optimization efforts in precommercial production fields with continuous partnership with product supply.
Collaborate with One Production System (OnePSS) team, quality and compliance managers at the field production sites to identify, champion, and help implement quality optimization initiatives.
Support the Quality Coordinator/Manager in partnering with product supply teams to oversee consistency in seeds supply decisions pipeline, evaluate and communicate risks within Argentina and champion management of change processes.
Ensure the seeds of new product launches complies with business, regulatory, quality and customer specifications.

Unlock your potencial

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Quality or related field with 35 years' work experience or Masters/PhD degree in related field with 23year work experience.
Spanish (fluent)
English (basic)
Preferred experience influencing nonreports
Excel (intermediate)
Data Analysis (intermediate)
