About the Technical Support TeamWe're looking for an experienced Technical Support Representative with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to join our team.
You will be working with a variety of customers and play a critical role in the day-to-day support of these customers.
LifeAtProofpoint as a Technical Support RepresentativeThe Technical Support Representative is capable of troubleshooting and resolving the most difficult and complicated issues. This position works closely with the Pre/Post Sales and R&D departments. This person is required to provide clear and concise communication with all forms of clients and internal peers.
Your day-to-day
- Work regularly with Product, Engineering, PS, TAM and CSM teams
- Responsible for advanced troubleshooting of Illusive products and services
- Work with the customer to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, replicate customer environments and product problems as needed
- Document issues and collaborate with R&D when needed to provide solutions
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in Illusive technological areas to support team members
- Develop and review content for knowledge sharing for both internal purposes and customer facing platforms
- Fluent English
- Preferable BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong knowledge of Relational & nonrelational databases and SQL
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments: windows servers, event logs, GPO
- MUST
- Familiarity with
- Active directory, DNS, Kerberos, NTLM, Azure active directory, MDE
- Knowledge of Linux: system and network configuration, software installation, troubleshooting, bash scripting, etc.
- Strong analytical abilities to quickly resolve process/technical problems, evaluate alternative approaches and recommend the most efficient and effective solutions
- Knowledge in cyber lateral movement, cyberattacks
