    Senior Delivery Manager

    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager to lead our AI projects portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Collaboration and Insights: Work closely with sales and technical teams to provide delivery insights and assess project feasibility during the presales phase.
    2. : Contribute to crafting proposals, project timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities.
    3. : Lead discovery phase, creating delivery plans, and estimating resources.
    4. : Identify resource needs based on project pipelines and business objectives.
    5. : Recruit, onboard, and allocate skilled professionals from the market.
    6. : Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, conducting performance reviews and setting goals.
    7. : Manage the entire process of fixed bid projects, ensuring they stay on budget, finish on time, and meet quality standards.

    Qualifications

    1. : 4+ years in delivery/project management or other relevant roles.
    2. : Experience managing fixed bid contracts, including budgeting, planning, and stakeholder communication.
    3. : Excellent team management abilities, including mentoring, staffing, and conflict resolution.
    4. : Strong ability to motivate and align teams toward common goals.
    5. : Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and manage expectations.
    6. : Ability to understand technical concepts like model training, data pipelines, and inference systems.
    7. : Ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones.
    8. : Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, ADO).

    Bonus Qualifications

    Experience with AI/ML projects is highly desirable.
