What you ́ll do?

As a Service Desk Agent, you will oversee the support needed by the employees of the company, handling service desk requests via phone, chat and email.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Desk support for retail chain employees.

- Resetting/Unlocking of passwords.-

System restoration.-

Requests for new users.-

Requests for new equipment.-

Assistance for cameras and store sound.

Necessary skills and experience required:

0 - 2 years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team.-

Is desirable but not exclusive, proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).-

Excellent communication in both Spanish and Portuguese. (Advanced/Native)

Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.

Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.

Goal and result-oriented mindset.-

English: Basic/ intermediate
