Key responsibilities

Answer HR questions (Tier 1).
Receive and answer questions from employees and supervisors. _
Look for ways to automate answers where possible. _
EVP design and administration
Look for providers, contacting them and choosing the best one ( eg: gym, English institute, etc). _
Help design and support engagement actions. _
Help design and support different programs such as recognition programs, career path, etc. _
Monitor the market to check what other companies are offering and/or what employees are demanding. Write new policies when needed. _
Payments to providers
Creating OC and making the payment to different vendors. _
Payroll
Help gather information needed as input for payroll such as reimbursements and onetime payments.

Answer employees' questions regarding their payslip. _

Processing hires in government system (Alta AFIP) _
Support different HR processes such as goal setting, performance review, etc
Help run reports, prepare information, send reminders to managers, answer frequent questions.
