    We are currently looking for Webinar Operations Specialist to work with us ina global project with one of our most important clients.

    What you ́ll do?:

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our quarterly learning program by developing clear and concise communication materials for a diverse audience. You will also be responsible foridentifying and addressing communication challenges within regional enablement teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket management - Receive, process requests submitted via ticketing system and track related data in appropriate tools;
  • Case/request analysis - Confirm all information required to move the request along is complete, if not raise follow up and clarification to the case submitter.
  • Confirm the requested schedule with Webinar calendar
  • Add/update webinar calendar to keep it up to date at all times.
  • Build microsites/landing pages for webinar registrations in RSVP
  • Setup the webinar event in RSVP tool
  • Create buganizer requests to get the partner portal updated with webinar registration links, post event webinar recordings, and slides. partner portal to enable registrations as well as after the webinar to provide access to the presented content
  • Manage the webinar event on RSVP tool including - Email templates updates, scheduling notifications for the event registrants, setting up pre-event questions, post event survey.
  • Track results from the post event satisfaction survey and report on NPS score and other engagement metrics (number of registrations, attendees, number of feedback filled etc.) for each webinar on-demand and for the quarterly business review
  • Copy edit and recommend language that is providing clear value to partners for registration landing pages
  • Submit slides and video after the event via buganizer process to publish on the partner portal following the "Submitting content for governance review" documentation
  • Request publishing of the event announcement and registration link on portals.
  • Publishing the recording and slides, post events for partners to access the recording of the event.
  • Create metrics reports and analysis of data for NPS score and satisfaction score for business reviews.
  • First point of contact for process and product updates
  • Necessary skills and experience required:

  • BA/BS degree required (Marketing, Communications).
  • 5-8 years of program management or online event operations management experience within the business technology space.
  • Language Requirement English (C1 Level).
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, and as part of cross-functional teams
  • Well developed comprehension and articulation skills (Grasping the core message of the communication, structuring your message in a logical and easy-to-follow manner and Tailoring your message to resonate with the listener's level of understanding and background).
  • Solid understanding of business processes is crucial for executing successful virtual events
  • Detail oriented - break down complex situations into manageable parts.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - manage multiple, time sensitive projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
