    Position: Wordpress Web Developer

    Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST preferred, with flexibility
    Salary: $2000 - $2500/month

    Location: Candidates in LatAm

    About the Company:

    We offer two main products: a member data platform, and a web and e-commerce platform. Our member platform is the world's first of its kind, revolutionizing data management for associations, while our e-commerce platform caters to the unique website needs of associations, leveraging the power of WordPress and WooCommerce.

    We're looking to hire a full-time Web Developer, specializing in Wordpress. Our whole team is remote, we've been around for over 20 years - we would love to work with LatAm talent

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Web Developer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Team Lead – Web Development, you will be involved in the hands-on implementation of membership-based web projects and eCommerce solutions for our clients.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in web development within a digital/technical agency environment
    • Strong background as a generalist web developer (both front and back-end)
    • Wordpress and WooCommerce experience
    • Work in EST timezone, or at least have a few hours overlap (morning or evening)

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with the Team Lead to architect solutions that meet the client's expectations in WordPress and WooCommerce
    • Write project implementation code with quality, reusability, and security in mind
    • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to isolate and rectify issues within the codebase, addressing both frontend and backend components of WordPress and WooCommerce websites
    • Utilize strong web development skills to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing WordPress and eCommerce implementations, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand client requirements and contribute to the planning and management of statements of work for WordPress and eCommerce solutions for existing customers
