Responsible for providing education on conditions, therapy and company products, including

  • Providing field support to both customers and other field personnel
  • Conducting onsite education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with patients, their families, and/or healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Participating and developing presentations for patient meetings, conventions, forums, and meetings for the purpose of product awareness
  • Sharing product information/data analysis to clinical research groups
May require education in a health-related field and clinical experience.

  • To deeply understand the patient's journey in the region connecting. Recognize hospitals and target health professionals for partnership with the me+ program.
  • Develop partnerships of the me+ program with institutions and health professionals to generate new patients in the program.
  • Promote the benefits of the me+ Convocê program by establishing partnership relations with consultative health professionals (doctors, nurses) in accordance with the franchise strategy.
  • Educate / guide ethically and according to the franchise protocols, patients for selfcare and rehabilitation of the person with ostomy, voiding dysfunction and / or rare and chronic diseases
  • Promote a great experience for the patient with educational, informative, consultative and enlightening content, promoting loyalty.
  • Ensure the promotion of information using the products, materials and tools defined by the marketing team for the patient.
  • Keep up to date with the best patient guidance practices, collaborate with the team and update the care protocols when relevant.
  • Promote patient access to the indicated material, in line with the sales team, in accordance with the regional and company strategy
  • Loyalty.
  • Carry out and encourage the registration of new patients and the conversion process with the dispensing channels: public, private, retail, ecommerce programs, etc.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports with the team on enrollment and loyalty performance. Prepare quality information to be presented.
  • Maintain constant / open communication with the sales team and marketing, to develop opportunities to expand the program and also on the local challenges.
  • Develop action plans to achieve the goals of the me+ program, according to the regional and franchise strategy.
  • Actively participate in patient associations.
  • Experience in managing groups and public presentations.
  • Ability to work with a group of technically and culturally different people.
  • Well developed communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving/conflict resolution skills and a businesslike approach
  • Recognized time management and planning skills.
  • Computer knowledge and skills with digital tools.
  • Nursing professional (preferably specialist) with 2 years of practical experience in patient care.
