- Colaborar en la definición de los procesos productivos a escala industrial con sus tecnologías asociadas.
- Ejecutar las transferencias de nuevos procesos a escala industrial y/o escalado de los mismos.
- Ejecutar las actividades de optimización de procesos tendientes a aumentar la productividad, asegurar la robustez y definir los rangos operativos.
- Evaluar compatibilidad de materiales con los procesos productivos.
- Colaborar en la definición de la estrategia de validación del proceso y coordinar la ejecución de las tareas asociadas.
- Colaborar con las actividades de validación que afecten sistemas GMP.
- Realizar el control estadístico de proceso e identificar posibles acciones para garantizar la calidad del producto.
- Dar soporte a la resolución de desvíos y controles de cambio de las distintas áreas que impacten en los procesos productivos.
- Conocer y cumplir rigurosamente con las Políticas, Programas y Procedimientos de Calidad y HSE y participar activamente en el logro de los Objetivos y Metas de Calidad y HSE definidos por el Comité de Dirección Industrial del sitio Pilar.
- Cumplir con los requisitos de HSE relacionados con sus actividades. Identifique, corrija y notifique rápidamente las condiciones inseguras, los comportamientos o las situaciones potencialmente peligrosas e informar inmediatamente a la supervisión o gerencia acerca de cualquier evento que atente contra la Calidad y/o HSE.
- Experiencia: Experiencia en Bioprocesos (fermentación industrial, sistemas cromatográficos, filtración tangencial) preferentemente en Industrias farmacéuticas o biotecnológicas.
- Competencias: Conocimiento en tecnologías aplicables a procesos biotecnológicos (ej. fermentación industrial, sistemas cromatográficos, TFF etc), conocimientos de estadística, conocimientos de normas GMP.
- Educación: Universitario graduado en carreras con orientación Biológica y de Procesos (Biotecnología, Bioquímica, Biología, Farmacia, Química o Ingeniería con orientación biológica).
- Idiomas: Inglés intermedio alto o avanzado.

La misión de esta posición es proveer asistencia a manufactura y contribuir al desarrollo y mantenimiento del conocimiento del proceso productivo. Promover la mejora continua y la simplificación de procesos. Ejecutar las acciones relacionadas con la transferencia, validación y optimización de procesos a efectos de lograr una producción consistente dentro de los rangos operativos y atributos óptimos cumpliendo con los requerimientos de Calidad establecidos por las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP).
