    We are looking for a Procurement Specialist.

    Requirements:

    Associate or Technical Degree or higher in business.

    Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.

    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications

    Microsoft Project experience.

    Bilingual English/Spanish. Exclusive*

    Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents.

    Strong financial experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the negotiation and contracting process of suppliers of Fixed price-small Jobs-Large Project for Colombia-Argentina-Uruguay.

    Preparation of purchase orders to suppliers.

    Preparation of contracts for suppliers

    Preparation of savings reports for internal and client reporting.

    Preparation of a diversity supplier report.

    Responsible for performing RFIs and REQs to keep suppliers competitive.

    Others can be added.
