    The Role

    Operational treasury role. The initial purpose of the role is to achieve the operating task activities from the area, registrations in accounting systems and provide information on time to cash flow reporting in Latin America, and this includes understanding variances between forecast and actual cashflow and improving the accuracy of reporting over time. The role reports directly to the Latam Treasury Manager, who is based in Buenos Aires. The role is expected to expand to include all treasury related activity in Latam .

    Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor Values by ensuring Agility, Integrity, Care, and Accountability and collaboration
  • Monitoring of bank accounts
  • Operational Payment in Banks, and other Banking processes
  • Support month/quarter/year end process as required
  • Analysis of Variations, risks, etc.
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Accounting System registrations
  • Required Skills

  • Student for bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Accountant, or a related field (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in written/reading English (bilingual/advance +)
  • Proficiency in accounting systems
  • Proficiency in Office pack (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of wider finance processes and platforms and how these fit into the monthly accounting and cash management cycle process
