Customers ask us to help them solve their most critical technology needs and we proactively share relevant ideas, insights and experience to create a plan for addressing those needs.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de tickets y gestión de llamadas.
  • Sistemas operativos de Microsoft para estaciones de trabajo.
  • Soporte para aplicaciones en entorno Windows.
  • Hardware e infraestructura de redes de datos y voz.
  • Configuraciones de redes de Microsoft y dispositivos de red.
  • Configuración de herramientas de IT.
  • Herramientas de seguridad.
  • Mantenimiento de hardware de escritorios y portátiles.
  • Paquete avanzado de Office.
  • Gestión de inventarios.
  • Soporte Nível 1 sobre equipos de impresión.
  • Preferentemente manejo del idioma inglés.
