Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform auditing & monitoring activities across field and engagement center employees' expense reports, specific to transfers of value with HCPs.
  • Identify, track, and analyze HCP expense violations, send coaching memos to employees for breaches of PhRMA code, company, and client specific policies; exercise discretion to escalate egregious violations in a timely manner for appropriate action.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Compliance management to resolve HCP related expense issues
    ; provide direction and training to field and engagement center employees to mitigate reoccurring violations.
  • Create and maintain documentation on monitoring and auditing processes for respective client teams and process improvements.
  • Deliver live and virtual compliance training to field and inside sales employees specific to HCP related spend in Concur.
  • Monitor HCP expense report logs to identify trends and develop 1pager guidance and training materials to retrain field and engagement center employees as needed.
  • Collaborate with Compliance Managers, Analysts and Sales leadership to resolve compliance concerns and/or potential violations.
  • Provide monthly metrics and dashboards to compliance management and sales leadership for respective client team's performance.
  • Assist in Corporate Compliance investigations via gathering evidencebased documentation and reports related to HCP expense violations and participate in investigation interviews.
  • Assist with development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes that drive compliant behavior across commercial and medical affairs teams.
  • Partner with the transparency team and clients to resolve data issues and CMS disputes.
  • Provide assistance on special department projects and other assigned duties.


  • BA/BS Degree and/or equivalent 2+ years related experience
  • Travel and Expense Management Experience Preferred
