Job Position:
Operations Coordinator


Location:

Remote (EST Timezone)


Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST


Responsibilities:


  • Manage equipment inventory and record purchases.
  • Process maintenance requests and issue tickets.
  • Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to schedule and coordinate work.
  • Follow up with contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and work orders.

Required Skills:

Fluent in both Spanish and English

  • Experience with ticketing systems for managing maintenance requests.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as ClickUp.
  • Comfortable with technology and prior experience in facilities management.

  • Experience with facilities management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
