    How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

    In this role, as a Specialist Strategic Sourcing Latam, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the magical experience by ensuring seamless technology procurement across the Latam region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, fostering valuable relationships with stakeholders, and optimizing the technology procurement process.

    The Specialist Strategic Sourcing Latam will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology products and services across the Latam region. Analyze market trends and conditions to enhance transparency, efficiency, quality, and satisfaction in procurement decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate trust-based relationships with internal clients and lead cross-functional sourcing projects that align with client requirements.
  • Technology Expertise: Understand technology needs and requirements, overseeing competitive bidding and supplier selection processes to ensure the best-fit solutions.
  • Cost Analysis: Evaluate cost structures, pricing models, and total cost of ownership for technology solutions, promoting cost-effective decision-making.
  • Supplier Management: Implement a comprehensive supplier selection process that goes beyond purchase price considerations. Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance against established KPIs and SLAs, promptly addressing any issues or deviations.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in technology procurement, including compliance with software licensing agreements and data privacy regulations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology sourcing and procurement. Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the technology supply chain.
  • Negotiation and Contracts: Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations. Assist in contract preparation to ensure optimal post-award administration.
  • Reporting: Generate and deliver regular reports to management, providing insights into technology sourcing activities, cost savings, and performance metrics.
  • What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience, preferably in similar roles.
  • Education: Business Administration or similar degree.
  • Proven experience in managing technology categories and building sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with senior management.
  • Skills/Key Competences: Demonstrated proficiency in Strategic Sourcing Management, Collaboration & Partnering, Change Management, Negotiation, Project Management, and Strategic Thinking.
  • Strong ability to influence and explain complex or sensitive information, working to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically while navigating complex matrix environments.
  • Advanced level of English.
