We are looking for a Growth Specialist with an "all hands on deck" mindset and passion for metrics.

You'll be responsible for driving significant and sustainable business growth through paid media tactics, resulting in increased sales and customer base.

You have a bias towards action and a proven track record of increasing the customer base via digital marketing tactics.

You have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies, and ability to leverage data to drive business growth.

Responsabilidades y atribuciones Some of what you will do**:

Manage and experiment campaigns in paid media channels to drive new customer acquisition and apps downloads, with a cost-efficient mindset
Run apporiented campaigns
Work closely with the rest of the team to test content to see what works best for each audience.
Be datadriven and have a clear understanding of metrics and analytics

Requisitos y calificaciones What you have & bring**:

Entrepreneurial/start-up attitude: a constant sense of curiosity and willingness to dig in and learn whatever is necessary to drive the business forward.
3+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing running paid media campaigns with a strong understanding of the entire digital marketing landscape (web & apps).
Strong knowledge and handson experience managing Google Ads, Facebook BM and App tracking tools (requisite)
Strong analytical skills. You must be able to quickly identify growth opportunities, run experiments to test their validity and select the best options to engage and acquire new customers.
