What You Will Do:
- Build positive and longlasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be uptodate with cuttingedge technology
- Securely work with customers' sensitive information
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What you need to succeed in this role:
Fluent Estonian and upper intermediate Russian and English:- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbpsdownload and 40 Mbpsupload)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with CRM systems
