We are currently looking for Bilingual Service Desk Agent to work for a health care project.


What you ́ll do
You ́ll be in charge of handling vendors and internal users requests regarding client ́s payments. Review of invoices, payment questions, taxes, etc.


What do we value?


People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction, excellent treatment with the client and availability to work from 1 pm to 10 pm.

We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.


Necessary skills and experience required:


  • Service Desk Skills/02 years of Technical experience on Service Desk, working in supplier payment.
  • Portuguese and English advanced level
