We are currently looking for Portuguese Service Desk Agent to work for a health care project.

What you ́ll do
You ́ll be in charge of L1 support for Brazilian Users and other Spanish Countries.

People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is user support and customer service. Being present and available to clients requiring technical assistance.
Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
Follow standard Service Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Service Desk tickets using the defined tracking software.
Become familiar with helpdesk policies and services.
Become familiar with the Systems, Network, Database, Desktop Engineers, programmers, developers, and each team in the IT Department.

Necessary skills and experience required:

Service Desk Skills/02 years of Technical experience on Service Desk, working in customer service projects.
Spanish and Portuguese bilingual, with basic English at minimum (reading and writing at least)
