Our expectations:
- English at B1 level
- Working with the console (cmd).
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 (will be a plus).
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 (required).
- Basic knowledge of SQL (preferably 36 months of experience, select, join).
- Any experience with the CRM system (will be a plus).
- Basic knowledge of API processes.
- Competent written and oral communication.
- High communication skills, responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Timely response to customer requests.
- Solving problems at the technical level.
- Setting tasks for the 2nd support line with a description.
- Control over the timing of tasks on requests.
