Position Purpose:


Let's talk about main responsibilities:

- **Creation of Salesforce cases to send requests for new positions, status changes and/or change of position information to the transaction center for updating in the system (SAP HR). Submit bulk data upload requirements**-
Responsible for the creation and collection of documentation for changes/updates of employee information (applies only in countries with a "light" model)

Local contract management (if applicable)
-
In conjunction with the Labor Relations specialist (where applicable), manage local termination requirements, including signing of contracts/agreements and other documentation, collection of company assets, notification to local suppliers, coordination of the process with the local payroll, etc.

Responsible for monitoring and updating staff information
-
Local manager of agreements and legal procedures
-
Provide local assistance in the administration of activities related to time control and attendance
-
Provide work certificates (when necessary)
-
Execute pre-settlement activities (if applicable)

Provide support in the local coordination/execution of training sessions, including: reservation of hotels, rooms, transportation, catering coordination, preparation of materials and room, as well as support the trainers/instructors during the sessions.

Responsible for giving notice of any security requirements to the participants before or during the sessions (example: local security rules, etc.)

Report difficulties / inconveniences in logistics if necessary to the Delivery Support Specialist and Learning Leader

Responsible for post-session training activities (example: shipping or destroying materials, etc.)

Responsible for reporting opportunities for improvement in training support/logistics to the Delivery Support Specialist

Support local Managers with pre-boarding requirements (badge, equipment, desk, etc.) for day 1 of new hires

Responsible for the administration of entry documentation (applies only in countries with a "light" model)

Responsible for the local administration of recognition programs and for the planning and execution of relevant activities (YCMAD / Recognitions for seniority / Recognitions and various local events)

Responsible for creating and updating local content articles for the Human Resources Portal

Responsible for the administrative management of local internship programs
-
Responsible for the management of temporary warehouse staff

What you need for this position:

  • **Student/Graduate in Human Resources, Business, LAE, or similar*

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Personnel Administration
