Main Purpose

  • Manage the Pricing performance of all services of Pilar Plants and CD.
  • Generate Contracts for all the suppliers in order to perform a Correct management of the Services.
  • Support Budget activities (real vs Plan) to take early business decisions.
  • Assure service ́s payment on time and with correct support.
  • Assure the budget accomplishment by area aligned with the operation strategy.

Your mission will be to

  • Plan & Manage the

Central Plant Services:
(Cleaning, Laundry, Surveillance, Canteen, Personnel shuttle, Lift trucks fleet, Clothing Employees service, Pest control, Maintenance gardens and external green areas)

  • Planning, running and control of the maintenance activities services in buildings and janitorial

Including:
building facade, plumbing, drains, sanitary drains, flooring, roof waterproofing.

  • Monitoring the catering services in the Pilar sites in coordination with HSE area and Medical department.
  • Analyzing the needs, developing, proposing and implementing improvements and modifications in the facilities of the Site and office layout.
  • Develop, evaluate and control all services providers with the Bayer standards.
  • Define the budget required in coordination with the manager.
  • Coordinate operations with safeguards company.
  • Responsible for creation of capital project for Basic Budget request forms (AR) to assure complete and sound justifications are provided, costs are properly identified based on proposals provided, and identified properly as capital vs. expense.
  • Create purchase requisitions in support of capital Basic Budget projects with proper G/L account, material group.
  • Monitor and track open Basic Budget projects spending and status and complete required close out packet for accounting.
  • Responsible for assigning asset tags and maintaining records of tag placement.

  • Technical knowledge and experience in areas Building maintenance and Facility services
  • Intermediate English
