These are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain complex and challenging executives calendars
  • Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
  • Manage senior management visits
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Support in the organization of internal events and management offsites
  • Expense and Invoices submissions in JPMC systems.
  • Assist in editing spreadsheets and power point presentations, including printing and binding
  • Work cooperatively with the administrative assistants team to provide backup coverage.

What do we ask for this position?

  • At least five years of executive administrative experience, supporting senior executives of local and multinational organizations.
  • Strong execution and organizational skills, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Agile, adjustable to changes in the environment & a flexible mindset
  • Always can do/positive attitude
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong teamwork skills, ability to partner with remote teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office excel, word and power point
  • Excellent work etiquette and executive presence.
  • Willing to work full time at the office.
  • Experience in the financial/banking industry is a plus.
