We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer who embodies a unique blend of creativity and practicality. This role is not just about design; it's about understanding the intricate business dynamics of the digital products and solutions we craft. You'll play a pivotal role in the discovery and delivery process, inspiring the team to push the boundaries in user experience. Your mission will be to conceptualize innovative experiences across all of our products, working closely with Leadership, Engineering, and Product Management teams and leveraging your passion for brand, craftsmanship, and design excellence.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive, user-centered products that drive success and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the customer journey deeply, identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancement.

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces.

• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.

• Design accessible, mobile-optimized experiences that seamlessly adapt to all supported devices and viewports.

• Actively explore new opportunities to exceed user expectations and drive impactful business outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to balance innovative design thinking with pragmatic, rapid, and iterative delivery approaches.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging UI/IX design standards, interaction design best practices, and technological advancements.

• Work closely with technology teams to ensure technical feasibility and flawless implementation of design concepts.

• Oversee the experience throughout the development lifecycle, maintaining the integrity of the user experience and adherence to usability guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organizational setting.

• 3+ years of experience designing for mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital technologies.

• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and the like is essential. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.

• Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.

• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.

• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.

• Experience contributing to and evolving enterprise design systems.

• Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular, etc.)
