The Position:


Execution and management of all demand planning activities for assigned countries either related to Animal Health business according to the company guidelines and processes.

Actively conduct the assigned S&OP meetings and keep all master data updated on systems.
Inventory management on respective countries/business. "


Tasks & responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and conduct the S&OP cycle, facilitating the creation a robust demand forecast across the operating horizon, by working closely with customer and commercial and supply chain contacts.
  • Plan and monitor the supply of finished products and/or samples either for imported products or products manufactured at local CMO ́s.
  • Monthly follow up of inventory levels, safety stocks, destructions.
  • Measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate demand planning process.
  • Prepare analysis, reports and statistics related to Demand Planning and forecasting function.
  • Provide input to Target Days of Supply annual revision process.
  • Maintain SKU replenishment master data.
  • Manage supply planning process for locally sourced SKUs to ensure meeting set service level targets.
  • Ensure that finished goods stocks across Regional Operation Unit network and service levels are in line with annual targets.
  • Ensure logistics preparation and execution in preparation of launch and change implementation.
  • Ensure launch and changes implementation for Animal Health according to Local procedures and launch readiness processes.
  • Alignment with local Quality functions to ensure priorities as needed in relation to local release of goods.

Requirements:


  • University degree bachelor's in industrial engineering, Business Administration or related.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Advanced level in MS Excel analytics and mass data processing.
  • Experience using SAP (desirable).
