Software Developer - Buenos Aires, Argentina - Property Leads

This role will be directly working for Property Leads, a start-up lead generation and data company in the real estate industry.

With our small team of 10 and start-up culture, this role is demanding in terms of time and attentiveness (far more so than a traditional 9-5 job).

You will thrive by having a strong ability to problem solve and a self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and on a team.

• Tasked with automating processes, building API's, parsing data, integrating between our lead distribution system, CRM, phone system, and databases.
• Collaborate with another software developer and leadership team (who have software engineering backgrounds) to drive revenue, decrease costs, and grow in this role.
• Utilize programming languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS (90% Python, 9% JavaScript, 1% HTML/CSS).
• Stay on top of tech trends and keep up to date with new tools in the software space (especially relevant to serverless environments).
• Rotating oncall during weeknights and weekends to fix any software that crashes or errors out.
• Document large pieces of software for the team to be able to understand how it works at a high level.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of experience in software development.
• Strong ability to problem solve and learn quickly.
• Understanding and ability to develop efficient, readable, and reusable code in Python.
• Proficient in reading, using, and developing API's.
• Basic understanding and ability to to develop efficient, readable, and reusable code in JavaScript ).
• Highly motivated and detailoriented with a proven track record in developing software in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience developing software in a serverless environment (AWS/GCD/Azure/Pipedream)
• Experience using Twilio API, Airtable API, Go High Level API
• Experience developing software with GPT4 API (or earlier version)
• Real estate industry experience
