Job Description:


  • Monitor EY contracts. Analyze agreements, KPI ́s and working scope.
  • Follow up on agendas and project compliance.
  • Ensure that the work done is within the budget and deviations have valid reasons or explanations.
  • Direct communication with foreign offices and global coordination.
  • Billing procedures for the different engagements that work within foreign offices, for managers in charge of them.

Requirements:


  • Advanced English and German level
- both oral and written.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a multicultural firm.
  • Proactivity
  • Broad time availability.
  • Degree or students in Administration, Finance, Economics or Communications
  • Advanced command of MS office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
