    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

    To ensure an integrated communications strategy that enhances the organization's alignment and engagement between senior management and employees around adidas LAM purpose, vision and values.

    In addition, the increasing focus on Corporate Social Responsibility within adidas group requires of an expert leader in this area able to strengthen adidas position and commitment organizational sustainability (internally) as well as in regard to environmental and social sustainability within the community across the country.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement internal communications strategy and plan using different channels and media tools to ensure people's understanding of the company's vision, mission, the strategy and inspire people to live our 3C behavior – Collaboration, Confidence and Creativity – and Core Belief - via the established and approved communication tools
    • Advice on Internal Comms in the country to provide guidance and templates within the countries, aligned with Regional initiatives
    • Manage and develop approved internal communication channels such as Yammer, a-LIVE, Game Plan A, promoting the use of these channels to help align the organization's goals, promoting engagement with employees in a transparent and timely manner using the approved communication tools
    • Plan and Implement Employee events such as All Employee Meeting, and others to achieve the targeted communication and cultural objectives in a timely manner and within budget in close collaboration with Task Force Teams
    • Develop and track communication efforts and utilize measurement to continuously improve communications while being able to measure the progress
    • Drive a Country CSR strategy aligned with Regional Corporate Communications to implement CSR in the country, aligned with the Regional plans, ensuring employee engagement and participation

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

    • Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
    • Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
    • Strong competence with various tools, procedures, etc

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5 years experience.
    • Bachelor ́s degree in Communications or related field.
