About the team

What you'll do:

Position Title:
SAP iXp Intern - Business Support Associate

Location:
Buenos Aires, Argentina - (Hybrid: Remote and on-site when required)

Duration: 6 months up to 18 months

As Business Support Associate, you help our customer-facing roles (e.g., sales) be more productive. This allows them to focus on their customer first, simplifying the buying experience with SAP.

In your role, you bring reliable, qualitative, and professional assistance on both transactional and business-related questions.

You will learn about various Cloud processes and provisioning practices - therefore gain a good understanding on how sales operate in a Cloud company.

Core tasks include:

Handling inquiries analyzing relevant data points to detect a problem or conflict within a deal; reaching out to the accountable sales person for decisions and validations, dispatching decisions or closing the issue
Working in a multichannel support environment where we engage and handle topics within and across support topics and units, therefore flexibility using different infrastructures or communication requirements
Exchanging best practices and following standard execution models to help our team be most efficient
Participating in learning and networking activities to consistently grow your knowhow
You may contribute input and ideas for sprint projects to improve our support infrastructures and processes
You participate in a Cloudoriented essential mission that has the ultimate goal to make SAP more compliant in its provisioning and fulfillment activities

Education & Job Experience**:

Education: Currently enrolled to complete Bachelor's Degree

In addition, you will bring:
