You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

How you will contribute

You will support elements of the site's quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review.

In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

What you need to know about this position:

El Líder de control de Procesos, tiene como foco central de su posición el análisis y mejoras de procesos y métodos analíticos utilizados en la planta.

Debe coordinar los procesos de implementación de sistemas de medición en línea: desarrollo de métodos, entrenamiento y el manejo del cambio.

Coordina y es soporte local de funcionamiento del sistema de control de procesos interno de la planta y trabajará en conjunto con el equipo de Manufactura, Analítica, Calidad y Mejora Continua para la implementación de desarrollos en lo que a control de procesos refiere asociados a las necesidades del negocio.

Lleva y desarrolla los KPIs de control estadístico de procesos.
