Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Perform user access reconciliation activities
  • Perform control monitoring and testing related activities
  • Responsible for IAM assigned team processes
  • Validate existing IAM processes and conduct control checks to ensure appropriate closure of reconciliation exceptions
  • Prepare documentation, initiate calls/meetings and manage the lifecycle of the process
  • Work with internal partners and report to managers in a global team environment
  • Gather operational metrics and update progress in trackers
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify patterns for repetitive reconciliation exceptions
  • Input and upload response results among various inhouse tools
  • Perform gap analysis
  • Act as the liaison amongst various technology and support teams
  • Identify ways to increase efficiencies and leverage technology to automate
  • Acts as an owner and understands or influences the business and technology strategy

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalent experience in the IAM field
  • IAM experience desired
  • Risk & Controls management mindset
  • SailPoint knowledge is beneficial
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Oracle queries desired
  • Solid understanding of access request, access provisioning and access certification processes
  • 3+ years of Corporate Banking Industry or professional IT experience
  • Project Management experience including solid knowledge of IAM controls, principles, methods, SOX/SOC1 and regulatory related obligations preferred
  • Understanding of information security, key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systems perspective
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills with ability to execute on multiple complex projects
  • Results oriented, strong analytical, data management, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, team building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view, including strong negotiation skills and developing strong client relationships
  • Demonstrate effective interaction with senior management across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues concisely, communicate effectively and comfortably
  • Ability to thrive in a changing work environment, high level of energy and can work under pressure with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage changes to plans
  • Ability to critically challenge when warranted with the goal of resolving issues
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Visio)
