The opportunity

Your key responsibilities


Assist in managing the delivery of Architecture products and services throughout their lifecycle, ensuring business relevance, adoption & continuous improvement.

Validates and prioritizes enhancement requests determined by collaboration with product/platform teams that are working with TS&A.
Schedule and prioritize workshops with product managers, product owners, product architects, and the TS&A team.
Report status of Architetcure Product artifacts progress and completion, which are provided to product teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Coordinate activities at all levels of the organization, across service lines, on issues and matters related to the TS&A team, including managing relationships with business sponsors of the largest platforms and CT products within the firm.

Lead the continual upgrading of Architecture products and services to keep them current with lessons learned and feedback received from working with CT product and platform teams.

Provide communications and coordination between CT product/platform teams and TS&A regarding workshops and collaboration on Architecture products and services.
Coordinates training to TS&A and CT product/platform team members as needed.
Provide the necessary leadership and guidance to help team members understand focus area strategies and knowledge needs.
Measure and report on Architecture products and services progress and their adoption in product/platform teams working with TS&A.

Coordinate the TS&A team to define and build internal assets such as SharePoint sites and wikis resulting in an Enterprise Architecture Portal.

Coordinate, lead, and distribute minutes from weekly TS&A meetings and workshops.
Evangelize TS&A concepts and viewpoints.

Network with EY practitioners across Assurance, Tax, Consulting, and Strategy & Transactions to raise awareness of how TS&A will help them with realizing EY business strategies within the products they build.

Operations Management Function - Decisions focus on user community needs as they align to the TS&A function.

Business Analysis Function - Supports architects in reconciling reference architectures (e.g., IT4IT) into tangible sets of artifacts that are used to lead optimized TS&A interactions with product/platform teams.

Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to meet organizational objectives.
Empowered to make decisions and recommend approaches based on the results from ongoing engagements with product/platform team leaders.

In depth domain knowledge of one or more of the EY service lines (Assurance, Tax, Consulting, and/or Strategy & Transactions).

Knowledge of the software product development lifecycle.
Knowledge of EY support, training, operating models, and processes.
Ability to understand and learn TS&A reference architectures, such as IT4IT.

Excellent organizational and project management skills as well as the ability to multitask on various projects in a fast-paced environment.
