POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

El Agente de Help Desk (HDA) trabaja en un ambiente de Call Center de alto volumen de llamados.

Guiándose por el Remote Incident Management Process, la primera responsabilidad del HD es ejecutar el soporte técnico de primer nível con el usuario final que requiere la atención.


Usando soluciones conocidas documentadas en las bases de conocimiento, el HDA trabaja con los clientes para resolver problemas técnicos en forma remota, los cuales pueden ser de procedimientos, de software, de hardware u operacionales.


Si la solución remota nos es posible, el HD debe derivar al usuario a un taller oficial, o escalar el problema a los especialistas de nível II.

El HD puede interactuar con clientes internos y externos:

usuario final, CE ́s, talleres oficiales, soporte nível II del cliente y proveedores externos, con el objetivo de encontrar la solución final al problema reportado.
