Responsibilities:_
- Develop and create marketing materials (custom graphics, infograprics, social media posts, brochures, online advertisements, etc.) while ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
- Proofread, and edit content across different mediums
- Design marketing materials both in digital and in print formats
- Produce/edit imagery for various marketing materials, including digital and in print
- Coordinate relationships with print cendors, including preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval
- Coordinate all administrative aspects of production including preparing final designs, checking designs are print/web ready and meet all brand guidelines
- Create social content in both graphic and video form
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
Skills/experience required to do the role:
- Graphic design, preferably with agency experience: 2+ years (required)
- Video production/editing, preferably for social media: 1+ years (required)
- Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat or Figma (required)
- Microsoft Office Proficiency, especially Excel and Powerpoint (required)
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing or related discipline and/or proven work experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and effectively handle changing priorities
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner
- Ability to meet multiple project deadlines
- Detail and Taskoriented
- Exceptional written communication (English)
- Experience in proofreading English text
- Demonstrated initiative
Ability to work in EST (Eastern Time Zone) to some extent _
