Main Responsibilities:


  • We're currently looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team to help us bring new clients and expand existing accounts.

What you'll do:


  • Building, executing, and optimizing omnichannel communication and outreach strategies with prospects in various stages of the customer journey
  • Booking discovery calls with prospects (inbound and outbound) who meet our qualification criteria
  • You will be doing market research and customization to make a targeted approach to leads.
  • Using sales tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesLoft, & ZoomInfo, to automate and follow up on the sales process.
  • Work in team with other areas of the company including marketing and the talent acquisition team
  • Testing new creative sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide market feedback and insights to leadership
  • Map out your path to hit your monthly quota for meetings that occurred and meetings moving into qualifying

Experience & Skills:


  • At least 2 years of experience selling Talent Acquisition or Human Resources services to North American companies.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the North American and Latin American IT talent markets.
  • Experience working with SaaS or IT companies.
  • Strong cold calling skills.
  • You are used to working towards deadlines and always hit and exceed your goals.
  • Experience using Salesloft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Linkedin will be valued.
  • Experience working with/for Nearshore services, strongly desired.
  • Relevant university degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or other related fields, desired.
  • Demonstrated persistent nature and experience overcoming objections.
  • You act with empathy and have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
