- Providing support and maintenance for precision air conditioning systems with temperature, pressure, and humidity control, centralized in BMS (Building Management Systems)
- Assisting with the installation, testing, and maintenance of fire detection systems
- Assisting with the installation, testing, and maintenance of access control systems
- Generating technical reports and documentation
- Implementing and commissioning systems, including functional testing
- Subcontractor work supervision and scheduling
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Infrastructure Protection or a related field
- Strong knowledge of BMS, HVAC, and access control systems, including device integration with BMS systems
- Proven experience in the installation, testing, and maintenance of fire detection systems. Certification in this area is a plus
- Experience with EBI (Enterprise Building Integrator)
- Experience in programming CARE 2.0 and later versions
- Experience in XL5000 technology and control logic
- Experience in programming XLS1000 and XLS3000 fire control panels
- Familiarity with industrial protocols such as CBUS, ILON, LONWORKS, MODBUS, etc.
- Experience in industries such as automotive and pharmaceutical, shopping centers, and smart buildings
