    Descripción

    Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established metrics;
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to allocate resources and ensure timely project delivery;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement contingency plans as needed;
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders through regular status reports and meetings;
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines and constraints;
  • Manage project changes and scope creep, and ensure proper documentation and communication of change requests;
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives;
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
