    Buscamos un Community manager experto en tecnología, con experiencia en redes sociales, relaciones públicas y eventos promocionales.

    Nuestro candidato ideal tiene excepcionales habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita y es capaz de desarrollar contenido atractivo. Debe ser una "persona sociable" con excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y la capacidad de moderar conversaciones en línea y fuera de línea con nuestra comunidades.

    Misión del puesto:

    Establecer e implementar planificaciones de campañas de comunicación y redes sociales orgánicas y pagas para alinearse con las estrategias de marketing establecidas.

    • Planificación de calendario de publicaciones. Medición de resultados orgánicos y pagos.
    • Establecer e implementar campañas de comunicación y redes sociales para alinearse con las estrategias de marketing.
    • Responder a los comentarios y consultas de los clientes de manera oportuna.
    • Supervisar e informar sobre comentarios y reseñas en línea.
    • Organizar y participar en eventos para construir una comunidad y aumentar el conocimiento de la marca.
    • Coordinar con los equipos de marketing, relaciones públicas y comunicaciones para garantizar la coherencia de la marca.
    • Servir de enlace con los departamentos de desarrollo y ventas para mantenerse actualizado sobre nuevos productos y funciones.
    • Establecer relaciones con clientes, clientes potenciales, profesionales de la industria y periodistas.
    • Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias de la tecnología digital.


    Requisitos:
    • Experiencia laboral demostrable como community manager.
    • Experiencia en el lanzamiento de iniciativas comunitarias (por ejemplo, creación de un foro en línea, lanzamiento de un programa de embajadores, creación de una serie de eventos y redacción de un boletín informativo por correo electrónico)
    • Capacidad para identificar y realizar un seguimiento de métricas comunitarias relevantes (por ejemplo, asistencia repetida a eventos)
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal.
    • Excelentes habilidades de escritura Experiencia práctica en gestión de redes sociales para marcas.
    • Capacidad para interpretar el tráfico del sitio web y las métricas de participación del cliente en línea.
    • Conocimiento del marketing online y canales de comercialización.
    • Atención al detalle y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en simultáneo.

    • Actuar según las políticas establecidas dentro de la organización como Empresa B
    • Ética y responsabilidad dentro de la empresa

    • Garantizar la sostenibilidad de los recursos

    Educación

    ● Universitario en Marketing, Comercialización o afines, finalizando cursado o recibido.

    Modalidad presencial: Zona centro
