Main Purpose

Responsible for planning and executing experimental protocols and performance trials and accountable for crossfunctional work in multiple projects for Crop protection & Seeds and Traits areas.

Your mission will be to

Responsible for planning and executing experimental protocols and performance trials (Regulated Field Trials and Residue Studies) to produce high quality data and samples.
Ability to write scientific reports for multiple agency submissions (example: SENASA; CONABIA; others).
Accountable for crossfunctional work in multiple projects for Crop protection & Seeds and Traits areas.
Develops, executes, and continuously improves a strategic testing plan in alignment with business objectives.
Operates research equipment, data collection, data management with internal IT systems, and complying with stewardship, ISO 9001 and GLP standards.
Explore innovative technologies/ideas to expand capacity, increase process efficiency, and deploy technologies in data collection and crop management.
Creates productive relationships with cooperators to ensure timely task completion, data integrity and continuous flow on trialing programs.
Ensure compliance with Bayer policies, quality standard and SSHE.
Help to develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement through workstream evaluation, idea sharing, innovation, and technology adoption.
Flexibility to travel around the country and to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Unlock your potential

Education: master's degree or bachelor's degree; Agronomy or related field.
Four or more years of relevant experience (including academic or industrial experience)
Passion and creativity for solving problems
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and agility to shift efforts with changing priorities with track record of delivering results with established timelines
Ability to build strong relationships and networks across functions and teams while expanding knowledge base through continuous learning.
English skills good enough to write reports and communicate with stakeholders
