    We're seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to contribute to the development of our fast-growing Agricultural FinTech platform.

    In this role, you'll work closely with our Data Science and engineering teams to design and implement robust back-end services using Python. You will assist in tackling the complexities of agriculture by building scalable software solutions.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop technical specifications
    • Developing, testing, and deploying backend code for assigned projects
    • Contributing to codebase maintenance and development
    • Performing unit testing and assisting in preparing project documentation

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • 2-4 years of programming experience with a good understanding of CS fundamentals (e.g., data structures, algorithms)
    • Proficiency in Python
    • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL
    • Basic understanding of the web stack (e.g., HTTP, REST APIs)

    You'll be a great fit if you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, can communicate effectively, and are proactive in identifying issues and seeking guidance when needed.
